The Be Our Guest restaurant at the new Fantasyland has the best beer list yet. Nothing is too crazy or hard to find at a decent beer bar, but all the beer is from France and Belgium to match the setting of Beast’s castle. I had a Saison Dupont.

I just drank this before dinner. I found it available at the living room bar at 50’s Prime Time Cafe. It’s one I haven’t found in Baton Rouge. It was pretty good. Great coffee flavors and bitterness were paired with extreme drinkability ( if that can be an extreme).

I meant to post this last night, but I fell asleep before I was able to. I’m currently in line for Rock n’ Rollercoaster, so I have time to post.

Saturday night, we went to Big River Brewing Co., which is Disney’s brewery on the Boardwalk. The style were lighter in general, but their Maibock was solid at 7~%. My dad ordered the sampler and loved everything but the Hefeweizen—I drank that.

This is not the first time I’ve been here. It’s one of my favorite places at Disney.

My wife and I are on our way to Disney World. I’ll be doing special posts this week on the beer I find along the way and in the parks. Check in this week-long series.

On our way, we stopped at The Shed BBQ and Blues in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

This is a Lazy Magnolia Saison. It’s incredible. It lasted longer than my wait for my food, and it didn’t last long.
